From Ruston Way to the East Side to Lakewood and all points between, Tacoma is a diverse and varied community. Yet even through our vast differences we tend to have a fierce love for our city and there is a brotherly camaraderie among its inhabitants. This year’s festival will focus on the many styles and forms of expressions from our diverse city.
