NENC is hosting a special Town Hall Discussion, inviting primary candidates for City Council positions that serve the North End area and the City at large.

Tacoma’s skyline is changing, with a growing population bringing new ideas and energy to the City. What is the best way to make room for these new arrivals in our old City and its many neighborhoods where housing, until recently, had been affordable to own or to rent?

Revitalization, Gentrification, Displacement, Affordability, Roads and Infrastructure, Living Wage Jobs … These are some of the vital issues that must be addressed.

Come with your questions for the City Council candidates, who are looking to help guide our City over the next four years and want to earn your vote.
