The Sherman/Jane Clark area is home to a historic fire station at North 41st and Gove, several historic church properties, and the former Weyerhaeuser mansion.
Old Town is the original town site for Tacoma and several historic structures have been preserved in this area.
The Proctor area is home to the historic Cushman Substation, located on North 21st between North Adams and North Washington Streets.
