NOTICE: January 8 Meeting Cancelled, Next Meeting February 5

North End Neighborhood Council Meeting

The January 8 meeting is CANCELLED

DUE TO THE CONFLICT WITH THE HUSKY NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP GAME THE NENC IS CANCELLING THE JANUARY MEETING.

HOWEVER, TACOMA PUBLIC SCHOOLS WILL EXPLAIN THE UPCOMING BOND

MEASURE AT THE FEBRUARY 5 MEETING AND OUR PIERCE COUNTY COUNCILMEMBER

ROBYN DENSON WILL BE RESCHEDULED FOR LATER IN THE YEAR.

Our next meeting will be Monday, February 5 when we will have Eliott Barnett answer our questions about

Home in Tacoma 2 and discuss what comments and actions the NENC and our membership should be taking on this important issue.

Tacoma Public Schools will also explain – Proposition 1 which would invest in our neighborhood schools,

providing basic improvements across the school district and replacing and renovating 11 buildings.
