Proctor III Elevation
In April, the City of Tacoma sent early SEPA notification for proposed construction of a 6-story, 95-unit building with retail space on the ground floor at 2709 N Adams Street (LU20-0038 – “Proctor III”). The North End Neighborhood Council sent a letter about development in the Proctor area to the City (linked below). If you would like to comment on this issue, please send a note to lspadoni@cityoftacoma.org by May 11, 2020. You might also consider copying your City Council members (find contact info on the City website).
